Amanohasidate in Kyoto, which means “Heavenly Bridge”, is a beautiful long sandbar
lined with pine trees.
If you view the sandbar upside down, it looks like a bridge that reaches into the skies.
京都の天橋立は「天の橋」を意味し、松の木が並ぶ長く美しい砂州です。
その砂州を逆さまに見ると、それは空に達する橋のように見えます。
Miyajima (official name Itsukushima) is located in Hiroshima Prefecture.
Hiroshima is also known for Atomic Bomb Dome, the symbol of the peace city.
